As a massive music fan, I thought it was only fair that I put together a round-up of all of the music festivals in 2013, that you’d be a fool to miss out on.
I know that money is sometimes very tight, so I have added a festival for everyone, with a mix of music genres and what’s available for your budget.
Make your year one to remember with the hottest festivals around – they’re so awesome, they’ll blow your mind!
The music line-ups are even better than ever! There’s going to be mosh pits, crowd surfing and fucking amazing music!

Reading Festival offers a little bit of every genre including some rock favourites.
This years line-up includes: Biffy Clyro, System Of A Down, Fall Out Boy, Jake Bugg, Eminem, Bring Me The Horizon…and loads more music madness.
Ticket prices: Currently £197 (plus booking fee and postage) for a presale weekend camping ticket (this offer lasts up until the end of February).

Download is the ultimate yearly festival for all rock, emo and metal fans. Rock on!
This years line-up includes: Slipknot, Iron Maiden, Rammstein, Thirty Seconds To Mars, Stone Sour, Young Guns, Asking Alexandria, 3 Doors Down and A Day To Remember…and shit loads more great legends!
Ticket prices: £195 for a weekend pass with 3 days camping, £205 for a weekend ticket with 5 days camping, prices vary if you want day tickets or RIP tickets (if you’re not a camping fan).

THE ISLE OF WIGHT FESTIVAL
Seaclose Park, Newport, Isle Of Wight
The Isle Of Wight Festival has something for everyone – oldies, pop, chart, rock and emo music alike.
This years line-up includes: The Stone Roses, The Killers, Bon Jovi, Blondie, The Script, Paloma Faith, Emeli Sande, Lawson, Young Guns, Kids In Glass Houses…and more multi genre music.
Ticket prices: £197 for a weekend camping ticket.
Here’s what to expect this year:
THE MID TO LOW PRICED CRAZINESS – THAT STILL KICK ARSE REGARDLESS!
This one’s for all of the crazy arsed metallers out there.
This years line-up includes: Napal Death, Making Monsters, Killing Joke, Sodom, Enslaved…and shit loads more.
Ticket prices: £120 for a weekend day ticket, £49 for a 1 day ticket (you’ll need to find your own place to stay) or you can pay more for inclusive accommodation.

SLAM DUNK FESTIVAL
25 May (Leeds Uni), 26 May (The Forum, Hatfield), 27 May (Wolverhampton Civic)
Slam Dunk Festival is for the lovers of emo and rock.
This years line-up includes: All Time Low, Mallory Knox, Memphis May Fire, Pierce The Veil, Sleeping With Siren…and there’s a whole lot more to come.
Ticket prices: £34 (plus booking fee and postage)

Something for everyone into a bit or everything. There’s lots of stages, so you can choose what you want to listen to as you please. There’s skating and bmxing too!

Bath and West Showground
This is the ultimate sports (that’s bmxing and skating) and music festival.
This years line-up includes: Bowling For Soup, Shy FX, Sum 41, Don Broco, Labrinth, Hadouken, Lower Than Atlantis, Marmozets, While She Sleeps…and there’s so much more it wouldn’t fit on the page!
