Do you have the bad weather blues? Are the gloomy days getting you down? Yes, well then we’ve found a few courses to cheer you up and get you trying something new out.


An Introduction to Aromatherapy

This course will introduce participants to the safe use of essential oils to use for relaxation, better sleep, stress management and as a prophylaxes for the winter blues.

Course duration: 5 Weeks

Start date: Wednesday 2nd October

Time: 1.30pm-3pm

Cost: £20 or book your place by 4th September and pay £15


Clay Therapy

This course will comprise of a series of individual and group exercises in combination with clay. The aim is not to make a pot or a pre-thought object but to concentrate on the mild physical exercises you will be performing and on the bonding with the clay body while manipulating it.

Course duration: 5 weeks

Start date: Monday 7th October

Time: 1.30pm-3.30pm

Cost: £30 or book your place by 9th September and pay £24


Art Therapy

A 6 week group for individuals with PTSD, PTS and acute stress symptoms to help learn new ways to manage stress and gain coping skills using expressive arts.

Course duration: 6 weeks

Start date: Wednesday 9th October (Free taster on 18th September)

Time: 3.30pm-5.30pm

Cost: £12


Work Skills Course  

A course offering support and guidance to help participants in moving towards their career goals. Sign up for a free 1:2:1 session before the course on either the 4th or 11th October.

Course duration: 4 weeks

Start date: Friday 18th October (Free 1:2:1 sessions on 4th & 11th Oct)

Time: 10.30am- 12.30pm

Cost: £16
