An Introduction to Aromatherapy
This course will introduce participants to the safe use of essential oils to use for relaxation, better sleep, stress management and as a prophylaxes for the winter blues.
Course duration: 5 Weeks

This course will comprise of a series of individual and group exercises in combination with clay. The aim is not to make a pot or a pre-thought object but to concentrate on the mild physical exercises you will be performing and on the bonding with the clay body while manipulating it.
